The location next to the beautiful basilica is wonderful. Staff throughout the hotel are very helpful and friendly. The food is excellent. We have stayed at this hotel many times and it continues to be one of our favourites.

We have stayed here several times before and have got to know both the town and the hotel well. We really like it and use it as an annual stop of to and from skiing. We only stopped overnight but the hotel was on the town square and there was free overnight parking immediately outside the hotel. There were also a number of eateries and bars on the square which all appeared acceptable. A great place to use as a stop over or even spend a couple of days to visit the local Champagne Houses in nearby Epernay. A good selection of bars and restaurants all serving tasty food. Chalons-en-Champagne is very easy to walk around with no traffic to cause you any problems. The central square is a great place to park.PhilliskirkUnited Kingdom
