The staff was exceptionally kind, and the service we received from Adeline, Francoise and the room cleaners was just top notch. The breakfast was fantastic every day, with fresh pastries and fruit and, my favorites, yogurt and panna cotta! Our room was spotlessly cleaned every day. The little bar was wonderful to have and the location was beautiful and couldn't be beat. I highly recommend Hotel du Golfe!

The view from the balcony is gorgeous, overseeing the swimming pool, a little lake and the sea. Everything we needed was promptly provided (from unlimited filtered water, to beach towels and umbrella, iron, etc.) and we had an absolutely great stay.

One of the highlights of out Corsica trip! The room was stylish, clean, comfortable and relaxing. The location is perfect for trips into the mountains. Do not miss the restaurant at the property. It was the best meal we had at Corsica and the prices are more than reasonable. We even wanted to extend our stay for more nights, but unfortunately the place was already booked. I can recommend this place 100%.

Le Grecale is a confidential hotel in the heart of the maquis. Located in Pianottoli-Caldarello, close to Figari airport, Le Grecale is an ideal hotel for making the most of your stay in Corsica. Everything was perfect. Every little detail well thought. Decoration very elegant. Bedding very high quality. Nice fragrance in the room. Perfectly clean. Spotless. Breakfast very nice, really homemade. Magic in the sense that it is discreetly brought to you on your terrace. The new or very well maintained private jacuzzi so nice! Again very clean, very modern. Eugenie, her partner, their staff, Maria, Sarah and Paloma are so welcoming and so helpful but discreet at the same time. You immediately feel at home. Bravo. Just irreproachable.. Will be back again.

Situated on a pedestrianised street in the port of Porto Ota, La Calypso is a small hotel only 5 minutes' walk from the departure point for local boat trips. The hotel is just right in the center of the little village of "Porto Ota". The rooms are overlooking the harbor area with all the shops and restaurants. Nevertheless, it all got quiet after 23:00h and I didn't experience any noise-related problems. - Very friendly owners. - Be sure to park your car on the other side of the river (free parking there) when you arrive. - A little pedestrian bridge leads from there to the village center. - Very good and rich breakfast!

This was our third stay. Everything that we wanted; quiet, calm although we decided to go close to the end of the season when I feel that the island must be very busy. Expensive but exclusive - apologies if that sounds snobbish - and I think that is also a huge draw for some. Main residents and visitors are Italian and French. The staff are amazing and I really want to highlight those who took particular care of us - Joe from Sardinia, Victor from Monpelier, Luca from Rome and the lovely lovely Barbera our wonderful house keeper. They made everything so much better - if that were possible. This place is our idea of paradise.
