The Hotel is pretty close to the airport so we chosed it. It is a large parking space so no problem to keep our car. It is a big hotel but I felt that it lacks a bit of maintenance. The breakfast was very standard and it is value for money.

The breakfast was good, and the location was convenient, close to everything. The room was very basic, but it was sufficient because, on a holiday, you mainly need the room for a shower and sleep. Additionally, we had a rented car, which made getting around easy."

A wide variety of locally sourced products are offered in buffet-type service. The staff is always available, willing to help and to go the extra mile.
It would be nice if the breakfast room was a bit more colourful and the staff wore more elegant attire instead of the old-fashioned black trousers/waistcoat and white shirt.

The Sardinian capital, Cagliari has a historic old town, busy port and one of the island’s best beaches. The sweeping stretch of sand at Poetto offers great summer nightlife, and just inland is Molentargius lagoon, where flamingos nest against the backdrop of the city.
Cagliari is spread over a small hill and the oldest part – Quartiere Castello – lies at the top. There are far-reaching views from Bastion San Remy, its main entrance point. Medieval city walls lead from here to the simple cathedral, and nearby is the 18th-century Palazzo Regio.
By one of the original city gates is the National Archaeological Museum, housing a collection of Phoenician and Roman artefacts from the city’s Tuvixeddu Necropolis. There are also displays of the nuraghic civilisation whose former dwellings pepper Sardinia. The most impressive is Su Nuraxi north of Cagliari.
Just outside the walls are remains of a Roman amphitheatre, next to the university botanical gardens. Orange tree-lined streets descend the hill towards the seafront where restaurants and bars can be found. Cagliari FC play at Sant’Elia Stadium along the coast and opposite is the Sardinia International Fair, an important conference venue.
Booking.com’s Cagliari accommodation includes luxury hotels with pools, B&Bs by the train station and cheap guest houses near Elmas Airport.
I liked the antiquity and history. We also visited the Museum of Archeology, a definite must. The sights in Cagliari, the narrow streets and the little train that one can ride for a minimal fee.
The shop, cafe and restaurant servers were all gracious and nice, very friendly.

Weather was not nice, so we cannot really use the beaches or go the mountain (to much windy), but center and close surroundings of Cagliari are nice, wonderful views, walking in small streets. We recommend to take bus Nr.7, which is circular line. How the driver is driving thru small streets - respect. In any case is better for stay in the city to use buses - it'smore practical and ecological, cheap and good service, parking is anyway difficult.

Excellent small town, which is very pleasant to walk around, enjoy the architecture and food. In general, there is not much to do in it, except to spend time by the sea and on the beaches. 3 days is fully enough to see all parts of the city.

Loads of walking up.and down hills and stairs.
Loads of walking up.and down hills and stairs. Easy to get around and all nearby. Loved the narrow streets and Marina. Great cycling tour of the city to Poetta beach. The Botanical Gardens were fantastic - well worth the visit. The public civic gardens were lovely and so well maintained by the hard working crew. Also the art gallery at the end of it was small but beautiful.

A truly Mediterranean city, warm and full of life and positive vibes. It's history and culture deserve much more respect than it actually receives. Some spots are neglected (particularly Bastione San Remi), the roads are not in the best shape and overall there is a sense of neglect. Luckily the locals with their helpful attitude make up for the minuses which most probably are created by the local authorities.
Roberta is a marvellous host meeting us on arrival carefully showing us all the facilities giving us a lot of welcome information about sights transport maps restaurant guides, everything we needed was on hand. In addition Roberta was generous with her time and knowledge a great ambassador for Cagliari and Sardinia. An enthusiastic and very kind hostess. Thanks for looking after us so well in your beautiful apartment and providing a delicious breakfast, and drinks snacks for afternoon tea. as well. We had a great stay
The room was immaculately cleaned. We had a gorgeous view from our balcony. We could see the mountains! The service was impeccable. The staff were so kind and helpful even with the language barrier as they were Italian speaking and we are English speaking. We enjoyed every thing about it. Lovely air conditioning, comfy beds, very central location, and lots of space for suitcases and clothe. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again when going again to Sardinia!
This guesthouse is a floor in an apartment house composed of a large office and few guest rooms. To enter, call the manager and he comes to check you in. He eagerly provides maps, gives tourist information and even books a taxi to the airport. The guesthouse is close to main attractions, perhaps 5 minutes from the waterfront and the old town. It was less expensive than nearby hotels while cosy and very comfortable. Breakfast with vouchers at a nearby café.
10 out of 10! Tremendous host: I've never met a host who was so helpful and full of practical advice on where to go and what to see in the city. Made us feel incredibly welcome. Outstanding location: centre of the old city, right next to the Regional Council of Sardinia and just a few steps away from the seafront and the marina. Delicious breakfast served by the top man himself – Stefano. Word to the wise: be sure to hit the remarkable sand beach of Poetto.
The location is perfect. It's at the start of the old town with many bars and restaurants. Walking distance to the train station and close to the airport. Many buses across the street. To Poetto beach it's 15 minutes. Breakfast was excellent. Many choices with good quality food. The rooms are all decorated differently by artists which makes the look and feel different than your typical hotel. Although it's in the heart of the city the rooms are very quiet.
The breakfast was more than adequate. The hosts are very gracious and helpful, providing many helpful suggestions. Visitors without a car should be aware that the hotel is quite a way from downtown but is easily accessed by bus. I don't know if its possible but I would recommend trying to buy bus tickets at the airport if you are arriving during the afternoon as nothing is open locally to buy them. Taxis are plentiful but quite expensive.
The room is simple but spacious, very clean and comfortable. Giorgio is extremely welcoming, kind and helpful. He took the time to give us recommendations for Cagliari (and even for our next stop in Sardinia !).
It has everything you need for a short stay and the location is perfect ! Everything is within walking distance.
Je recommande vivement !!
PS. The small terrasse was a welcome surprise ! Although it was too hot to enjoy it 😄
In my opinion, the hotel is suitable for those who want to stay close to the airport for 1-2 nights. 24-hour reception, no surcharges for late check-in. Nice breakfast, apart from typical Italian sweet snacks, yoghurts and jams, cheese and cold cuts were available. The price is adequate to the quality. Possibility to add a crib.
Nice small modern hotel with a beautiful design in the very center of capital city of Sardinia. A bit complex to find because there are 3 door, instructions on WhatsApp are written by very small typos and not very clearly describing. A very pet friendly atmosphere, good breakfast and all necessary for comfortable staying.
The location was absolutely perfect. It was close to the train station after arriving from airport, and was within close walking distance to all the sites of Cagliari.
The apartment was very nice and spacious, it was a great deal for the price, exceeded my expectations!
Host was very responsive and helpful!
Our final night of a week in Sardinia and the location of this hotel on the beach was great, all within a short bus trip of Cagliari. The neighbouring restaurant for dinner was very good (fantastic tuna) and the water as crystal clear as everywhere else in Sardinia. Very helpful and friendly staff.
fantastic location in Cagliari. you’re close to all the dinner spots, shopping, and the major transport hubs. very easy to get a bus around town and to other areas in southern Sardinia. the room was very clean, very comfortable. we had 3 single beds which was perfect.
Cagliari is a great place to explore the south of Sardinia, a good apartment location is a plus. A fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and three balconies on three sides are great. Close to the beautiful Monte Urpino park. Ideal for cooling and relaxation.
The most comfortable bed I’ve encountered in Sardinia! Such an ideal location and communication for check in and check out was seamless. They really went out of their way to be accommodating! Beautiful room, beautiful view; I would 100% stay here again.
Location location location.
We had morning flight from Cagliari and we had to leave hotel before breakfast. Super nice guy from the front desk went out of his way to make us coffee. Nice touch.
Owners were very friendly and helpful. Apartment is very well equipped and it’s located near to various bus stops, shops and Cagliari sights. Perfect place for Sardinian vacation.
