First visit and driving around the vineyards at picking time was an unexpected delight. From Beaune to beyond Gevrey was just lovely.
Good choices for eating in Nuits-Saint-Georges and the Saturday market and Hopital de Dieu in Beaune was an added bonus.

The code to access the door didn't work on our late night arrival which was frustrating, the staff member did arrive fairly promptly but it took time to check us in as our booking hadn't registered on the system correctly. The room was cheap! It was uncomfortable and the sheets were NOT CLEAN!

Nice scenery and pleasant. Locals are friendly and helpful.
Nice scenery and pleasant. Locals are friendly and helpful. Most things are within walking distance but it would be a necessity if one wants to explore nearby wine properties. Ideal for wine lovers. Knowledge of French not a necessity but definitely a big plus. Restaurants are plentiful and mostly cozy, tasty and affordable.

It's a great place to stop over en route from UK to the South of France or Switzerland. What we have seen of the town centre we liked but we never have time enough to do more exploring. We did find the Carrefour Supermarche this time and bought some excellent wines at very good prices with our Carrefour loyalty card.

The room was really small.
The room was really small. There was a dead animal in the riverbed which we had to tell the staff about and they eventually did something about it - the smell was awful. Dinner was ok but pricey. Swimming pool was welcome in the heat. Staff were not too helpful or friendly.

An excellent property located just off the wineyards biking roads, within a 10 minute walk from the Nuits-Saint-Georges town center. Extremely nice host, who was very helpful, especially for helping us to remove dirt from us and our bikes we got after a wrong turn into a rain-washed road in the wines, as well as for recommending an excellent dinner spot in the city.
This is a good base to use if you're visiting the Burgundy region and Beaune. Nuits-St-Georges is a nice small town surrounded by vineyards, with good restaurants and cafés. This hotel had all that we needed for a two-night stay. It's close to the autoroute for easy access and has lots of parking, as well as being close to the town and all amenities.
The location is ideal; very close to the centre of the town of Nuit St George, and just at the outskirt to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside.
The house is nicely decorated, functional, confortable, with the advantage of 2 bedrooms with their own private bathroom.
The back garden is another feature that adds to the peacefulness of the property.
Very good location when travelling through France. The rooms are perfectly adequate for a one night stay and both evening meal and breakfast were excellent. Really good, helpful, friendly and professional staff. We were very satisfied with our first stay at this hotel and will return.
Fantastic staff who went the extra mile, situated directly opposite the Faiveley vineyard, which is well worth a visit. Plenty of parking and a great shop in the hotel that sells local products. Handy for town centre.
Accomodation was very nice and updated. Owner/manager was very personable and available to us as necessary. Breakfast every morning was very good. Location and parking were convenient to hotel and area activities.
Excellent breakfast, and convivial company with the hosts. Everything works perfectly, and so much more personal than a hotel. I especially liked the secure parking. The hosts made a restaurant reservation for us.
Loved the location. Perfectly situated between Dijon and Beaune. The town of Nuits St. George was a wonderful surprise.
The grounds of the hotel was beautiful. It was nice to have the restaurant on site.
Tastefully decorated bed and breakfast, right in the centre of Nuits St Georges but very calm and quiet as it has its own private garden.
Great breakfast in the morning and a very nice and helpful owner.
The quality of the room was very good. The breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed the location of the hotel and the fact that one could walk into town.
