Anya the host was very welcoming and interesting to talk to. The house and garden is very beautiful. I felt comfortable even though I was staying within their family home. The dogs Charlie and Lola are adorable. The room was really lovely and had direct access to the garden where the dogs liked to sit with me. The bed was very comfy. Definitely recommend and I will be going back at some point. 👍 👍 👍 👍👍

really friendly staff, exceptionally clean and restaurant staff were very attentive at what can only be described as "packed" session. I hadn't booked a table but they squeezed me in and my meal came out very quickly.

Pleasant stay, staff were lovely and the breakfast selection was excellent and really good value. The facilities were clean and well prepared, the bar was comfortable and a good selection of drinks. Overall we had a lovely stay for our event at Lingfield Racecourse.

Such a horrible experience. There was no hot water and heating wasn’t working so it couldn’t get worse. A member of staff tried to fix gas but he couldn’t. A beautiful part of the country, plenty of historical buildings and gardens to visit. England at its best. As well as staying at Gravetye Manor we visited Pashley Manor gardens and popped to Hastings for a stroll by the sea. We were lucky with the weather and found our weekend there one to remember. (I believe one of them was "Katryna" and I don't remember the other lady's name, but they were wonderful.) They helped me secure a taxi to the airport. They also helped me with all the modern gadgets in the room (I didn't know how to turn on the lights!!!) Breakfast was excellent. It is a very quiet area and very close to the East Grinstead train station. Excellent communications and immediate responses. When I have to return to the area I will book again.

The room we had was huge - with a big 4 poster bed in the middle. The bathroom was massive with a large walk in shower unit and separate freestanding roll-top bath. Location wise this was perfect - just on the edge of East Grinstead town centre within walking distance of several cafes, bars and restaurants.
