We travel to the area atleast once or twice a year because of family connections. It is conveniently located for that reason. Woodstock is a lovely town with lots to see and do. It is easy to get around and there are lots of choices for restaurants

It was a good place to stop after 8 hours in the car. Affordable night's stay with breakfast the next morning nearby at the Howard Johnson's Inn.
About a 2 hour drive to get the St. John's Ferry to Nova Scotia.

I am not sure who is wrong but when I made my reservation with Woodstock with Booking .com said I was able to cancel my reservation. Because of a family problem I was charged for my 1 night stay. I want my money back.

Too big of a town for our taste.
Too big of a town for our taste. I can see McDonalds and Walmarts anywhere and everywhere. For us, we like small towns with their own character. Corporate America is the same as Corporate Canada or Corporate anywhere.....without heart ....without individuality and soul.

We travel to Woodstock every year to visit relatives.
We travel to Woodstock every year to visit relatives. Our ancestors were actually the first people in the area having been given land on which Woodstock is founded by King George III after the US Revolutionary War. The people are very friendly and the scenery is beautiful.
The Provincial Archives of New Brunswick in Fredericton is close and has a wealth of information on the history of New Brunswick.
although we were told their breakfast was not going to have so many varieties if compare to their hotel in Saint John since their hotel in Woodstock is smaller, it turned out the breakfast was the same means it was really good and they actually gave us even more options to choose from. So far I would say you'd never be wrong choosing these hotels in any city
You have to laugh when a roadside motel is labeled Howard Johnson by Wyndham, but this was as expected for a rural motel and had decent sized clean basic rooms and friendly staff at reception. We only stayed overnight on a trip to Nova Scotia. Can’t say anything about the area as it was wicked foggy.
As the (tired) saying goes: Location, location, location ...right off the TransCanada Highway, but not noticeable within the hotel; large & well appointed room with power-receptacle strategically located throughout and good lighting in the evening.
Well located , the staff so friendly and helpful , they even give you a list of all the restaurants in the areas; (, more places should do this ) our suite was Clean and very confortable, I would definitely recommend this place
I always enjoy staying here, my dogs are welcome, its a good stopping point going from Quebec to work and back home to PEI. The hotel is clean, beds are comfy, lots of restaurants around and the breakfast is decent.
The staff is incredibly friendly, responsive, and made us feel very welcome and cared for! The area is quiet and just what we were looking for. Rooms are spacious enough for the two beds plus a pack-and-play crib.
Breakfast was good, had everything you needed. Bed comfortable, clean, hotel was quiet. Pet friendly which was a bonus for us. close to amenities. We often stop here enroute to Quebec.
Breakfast was great. Location right off highway was great.
It was a quiet clean place. After travelling for over a week and having different hotels this place was great
Nice healthy breakfast bag. The room was very clean and so was the bedding. The beds were comfy. The location was straight off of Exit 188, right in front of the hotel.
When I have to stay in a motel, I'm used to expect bad surprises.
You won't have any of them at Knights Inn.
A very decent motel at a quite reasonable price.
