Housed in a historical building, this hotel is ideally located in the heart of Mont Saint-Michel. The classic-style rooms overlook the bay, the abbey or the medieval city.

Very close to the entry point the staff spoke English and were very helpful. Breakfast included was a good variety of choices.
Mont St Michel is wonderful to visit. The accommodation however was very poor and in an annex which was hard to find. The room was small and in very bad condition. Light switch hanging off the wall, tv and bedside lights did not work and space very limited. We had to persuade the restaurant staff that we had prepaid for dinner! Would certainly pick another hotel if we returned, which we won’t.

we knew there would be crowds - so we wanted to see it at night. arriving at 10:30pm, we found our room (finally) and took off to explore with a bottle of wine, a baguette, some cheese and dried meats - and had a glorious experience with not another soul about . . . wandered til 2:30 am and got spectacular photographs and had a wonderful time. got up at 8:30, had cafe & crepes, and left the isle at about 10:30 just as the masses began to arrive. trust me - do it like this . . .

Beautiful place to visit steeped in history but extremely crowded all day long. Only quiet and empty at night but everything is shut then very early and difficult to find a place to eat. The car park is extremely expensive and dreadfully overpriced. I paid €34 for overnight stay in a disabled Car park for which I had a blue Badge. Thought this was exorbitant and a terrible rip-off! However, there is no choice because shuttle bus is so far away from the Mount.

Great to spend the evening on Mont st Michel but aim to arrive by 7pm to enjoy a meal before all the restaurants close. You can look around the island once all the day tourists have gone home.
I recommend getting to the Abbey when it opens, or just after, agsin to get ahead of day trippers.
One night on the island is sufficient.
You need to be mobile. Steps too steep for wheelchairs and push chairs.

Awesome MSM!
Awesome MSM! Lots of people, very hot and lots of steps but very rewarding when you get to the Abbey. Fun shopping, and good restaurants. Avoid summer time that's for sure.
A "must" to eat lamb of salted meadow from Le Pre Sale restaurant. Very authentic, delicious and good presentation.
Shuttle service is a plus, you can visit anytime till 11:00pm.

Really nice staff, they helped with everything. Early check-in was possible, so one does not have to carry the luggage around Mont-Saint-Michel.
Beds were comfortable and the hotel/night very quiet. Furniture and bathroom looked quite new.
There is a partnership with a restaurant that offers typical food from Normandy and a good breakfast.
Private parking lot during the stay, but I did not use it as I was walking.
Overall a very pleasant stay.
The room was just off the main "street" minutes from the Abbey. It was great to stay over on the island as everyone leaves at the end of the day and you have the place to yourselves.
All I would say as a negative was the intructions weren't brilliant from the reception of the other hotel we had to use and we were wandering about for a bit with our luggage. Breakfast was nice and the room was lovely
Great location, very comfortable accommodation. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Easy check in and clear communication before arrival. Great size room with nice coffee and tea maker. Water for the guests. Comfortable, well maintained and isolated room with private balcony. Warm and comfortable bed. Fridge and security safe in room. Easy access to Mont St. Michel. Nice restaurants near by.
We stayed at the hotel one night. The location, right near the Mont Saint Michel is exceptional. There is a free shuttle that runs every couple of minutes stopping right in front of the hotel. You can park in front of the hotel.
The morning breakfast was very good. The facilities were great and clean. The beds very comfortable, overall very silent. Loved it!
This is the worst hotel in all of France.
We booked a room, and when we arrived, they said that people had already settled in our room. They provided us with a dirty, old room and the smell was terrible. The hotel is very old, it is better to take a good hotel away from the castle and do not suffer.
The position was extremely perfect! Great comfort and clean room! We could enjoy Le Mont Saint Michel at every hour of the day while having the freedom to move around in the complex and have great food in one of the restaurants inside the complex of hotels/restaurants
Great location! If you are visiting Mont St Michel try to stay on the island. Once the crowds leave in the evening and then again in the morning you will have the place to yourself! Take advantage of that time. Breakfast was included and good
Third-nearest hotel to the Mont Saint Michel sums up the greatness of the location. As a bonus we had direct view to the river and side view to the monastery. At the discounted price it was very good value for money.
Great to stay on the island, location is perfect with easy access to every where and key to have a safe haven in the day time. Facilities more than adequate and not too noisy. Breakfast is good if a little crowded.
The only reason to stay at this hotel is the location. I wanted to stay on the Mont, and was willing to pay the high price for a mediocre room. Sadly, poor staff service made the experience unpleasant.
Convenient location to get to Mont Ste-Michell. The room was comfortable. There are a few restaurants nearby, but make your reservations for dinner as soon as you can.
Wonderful opportunity to stay on the Mont and experience the island after the crowds leave for the day. Charming, authentic, historic hotel experience.
