The hostes are very kind with us, they offer to us a plate of fruits and home made local alcool and dessert after 10 pm right after our restaurant and the breakfast was very good with a home made local products ! The view was beautiful and the guest is well located.

We had the best stay at Merko Hotel. The rooms were clean and modern with great facilities. The breakfast every morning was delicious with a great range of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location wise the hotel is in a great spot, walking distance to all the main attractions. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops around. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough and will be staying again!

The host Elizabet is very lovely and welcoming. My family stayed there before and also loved it. The location is also very quite and it is not far from the center. They have parking space also for camping vans. Just around the corner is a small market. If I come again to Berat, I'd definitely choose this place again!

Spacious, clean and lovely staff. The breakfast was excellent. I asked for green tea which they did not have, but made a nice lemon tea instead. An hour after breakfast the staff informed me they went to buy green tea, and made me a cup. How kind.

Omg, I love everything about Hotel Klea. Honestly 10/10 experience! This is everything I liked: - Communication upon arrival, and how they welcomed us - Exterior design & interior design are just a big WOW, better than photos! - Our room was very comfortable, and had such nice designs. Slept like a baby! - Breakfast and the lady’s service & friendliness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Location is literally inside the castle! - Car park just outside of the hotel! Great for people who has rental cars like us!
