It was exceptionally clean and well kept, better than some 5* properties on this count. Very comfortable mattresses, pillows. Quiet rooms. We met three receptionists during our brief stay and they were helpful, smiley and accommodating to our requests. Strongly recommended when in Petrich.

The location was suitable for my needs. The staff is not there permanently, but when I call them, they would come. I requested a room on the ground floor (health issue) and the staff provided it.

The food was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It villa is beautiful and the internal pool was perfect for both kids and adults.

Beautiful location, the staff is very attentive. Restaurant at very high level and Champlain as meeting bonus. At time of visit was not many visitors and we enjoyed feeling of luxury retreat with open hot pool.
