Everything was perfect. 10min drive from the airport. Check-in extremely fast and efficient. Handy trolleys are available to carry the luggage. Buffet-dinner well priced and great Brazilian flavours. We read several negative reviews online especially about the check-in staff, but as we had a 13 hours stop in Guarulhos we decided to risk it anyway. Our experience was completely opposite, with super helpful and kind check-in staff who kept assisting us in the best possible way via Whatsapp even well after our check-out. The cleaning staff was also very helpful, providing for everything we needed for our 1 year old. And the location which lets you rest without the need even to pass through immigration police couldn't be better.

I really enjoyed the room. It was big, with 2 TV screens, a good bathroom, with a small kitchen. The price was really good for these facilities. The hotel had some (few) equipments to work out and a big linear-ling swimming pool and a sauna, which I did not visit. No doubt I´ll stay there again.
