Everything was excellent. The outdoor spa was a unique experience. The staff at the kids' club were very kind, and everyone in the hotel was extremely helpful. We even received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the train station. The town was small but charming, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of it.

We had a wonderful stay! Host Arsim was incredibly kind, hospitable, and friendly. He even allowed us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. The place was spotless, well-equipped with top-notch facilities, and very comfortable throughout our stay. A big thank you for the chocolates — such a sweet gesture! Highly recommended and would definitely stay again
