The young lady who checked us in at reception was so nice and helped with all we needed to know about the area .. the guys in the restaurant and the bar also extremely nice .. cocktails were exceptional! Best Negroni I ever had .. absolutely beautiful location

House host is very nice, thoughtful and friendly. Great communication, lovely apartment and beautiful trail near by the property. The only tiny thing is wifi password is toooooooo long to type. When you get a personalised service, nothing like it. The staff were so cooperative particularly the head chef Mr. Raymond who went out of his way to help us in preparing food for our baby which was out of their routine. This has touched me. Thank you to Mr. Raymond and Ms mai ( that's how she said her name is pronounced). Location, facilities everything was amazing.

To start, i cannot find the words to describe the view from the hotel. It was one of the best views i’ve ever seen in my entire life. The hotel is located up in the mountains but it is accessible by car and they provide Free parking lots. We received the check in information before our stay and everything was smooth. The staff are really friendly and professional. All facilities are clean. Although there is no fridge in the room, each floor has a common one where u can put your food and label it. You have also an ironing table to use in the lobby. The last day was sunny so we enjoyed our breakfast outdoors. You can enjoy the walk around the hotel. I loved waking up hearing the bells on the cows. I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely come back. Thank you.

The staff were very friendly. We arrived before 3pm which was the usual check in time but the room was already ready. We were also impressed by their efficiency as they were able to tidy up the room the next day while we had breakfast. Jean Paul at the restaurant is also very friendly. The view of the room is also fantastic!
