The hotel is ideally located near the train station, and just a short train ride from Zermat. The staff are helpful, and even gave us a room upgrade. We had a beautiful junior suite with lovely ammenities. Our room had a beautoful mountain view. Breakfast was included, and was very good.

The hotel is extremely pleasant, a great share of Swiss hostelry. Location is great, 2 minutes from the center and super quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is extremely clean, and swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi are perfect after a long sight-seen day. We can only recommend warmly, and wished we stayed longer.

Room is very nice and good view unfortunately for me is when i stay not a good weather so I cannot get a good view. But if it clear I'm sure. Staff very nice to helpful us to go anywhere. Breakfast is very good very nice. If you choose some hotel at zermatt. This hotel is your choice. When I checkout staff tell me can leave luggage there. When I finish matterhorn and go down to station. I can call them and they will bring my luggage to station.

Peaky Riders was such a great experience for us. Communication was swift and easy. They provided a baby cot for us. The check-in and check-out process was super smooth. The location is nice and quiet with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. If you are looking to get a workout in, there is a gym next door.

For a hostel and for the price, it's absolutely perfect. Clean, comfortable, close to ski lift, good storage. Dinners and breakfasts were varied and tasty. The microwave in the canteen is a great addition. When I checked in I got upgraded to smaller dorm room where I ended up having the room to myself for the few nights. A really nice and appreciated detail from my stay
