House host is very nice, thoughtful and friendly. Great communication, lovely apartment and beautiful trail near by the property. The only tiny thing is wifi password is toooooooo long to type. The staff were very friendly. We arrived before 3pm which was the usual check in time but the room was already ready. We were also impressed by their efficiency as they were able to tidy up the room the next day while we had breakfast. Jean Paul at the restaurant is also very friendly. The view of the room is also fantastic!

We liked the service, the staff, and the concierge in the breakfast restaurant. They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully modern. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. When you get a personalised service, nothing like it. The staff were so cooperative particularly the head chef Mr. Raymond who went out of his way to help us in preparing food for our baby which was out of their routine. This has touched me.
