The hotel is very new condition, nice design, nice view-facing the famous giant panda figure and staff are friendly. Especially Anya, who does an introduction to us in souvenir store which attached to the hotel. The breakfast varieties are good and food is delicious. Worth the money and enjoying their services!

Staying at the Ritz while visiting Chengdu was probably the best hotel decision we could have taken. It is well known that this hotel has impeccable service, great locations and offers a luxury experience and we were not disappointed. All the staff member spoke very good English. We were very nicely greeted and the staff was very friendly, open and talkative. The breakfast has a big variety of western and chinese cuisine. The Ritz is right at the center of Chengdu which made getting to different places easy. The room was spacious and very comfortable even for three people in one room. After we checked out we found out our flight was canceled and one staff member sat down with us and helped us sort everything out. As non Chinese speakers we relied on help and she called the airline for us and explained to us, what has happened. We would definitely recommend this hotel! A special thanks to Ankita, Kiki and TT who made our stay in Chengdu even more memorable.

The breakfast offers a large selection of Western and Asian foods. Their noodle station was varied and pretty good! Our two bedroom plus living room was huge and even had a washing machine and dryer, which we used quite often! The kitchen has all the basic amenities. Their 24 hour gym was also nice to use! The hotel is connected to Raffles City mall so it was very convenient.

We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet and peaceful the hotel was, despite being in such a central and vibrant area. Our room was very clean, modern, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was great: clean, spacious, elegant, and comfortable. The hotel is in the city center and it’s close to the main metro stations. The service was great as well, the staff was helpful with all the requests we had. The lady at the reception helped us with booking our next accommodation since we don’t speak Chinese.

The hotel enjoys an excellent location and it's extremely convenient for traveling. The lobby is delicately and grandly decorated. The staff are always warm and considerate from check-in to check-out, and they can quickly help solve any problems. The rooms are arranged warmly and comfortably. The bedding is clean and soft, making people sleep soundly. The bathrooms are spotless, and the toiletries are complete and of good quality. Besides, the hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast items which are delicious and can meet different taste preferences. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!
