Excellent work staff. Very friendly and hardworking. I especially wanted to highlight the treatment of Daiana, Nicole(from service)and Seba who made our stay perfect. Especially Daiana, who was always willing to help me and take care of my dog. She even helped us with the transfer. Excellent person!! We had a great experience at Klosterhof. The breakfast and dinner were absolutely amazing, with a great variety and high-quality food. The spa was perfect, it was a big joy to swim in the outdoor heated pool while snow was falling around us. All the spa facilities were excellent and relaxing. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and offered breathtaking mountain views. Special thanks to the entire staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
