Brilliant value for money. Very nice room, unexpected for the price point. Unfortunately we were just passing by/stayed for a night.

The room in this apartment was small but had everything needed for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable, which made sleeping easy and restful. I was also pleasantly surprised by the parking available in the underground garage, even though we arrived late in the evening. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Passau, especially for a brief visit.

Very nice and clean apartment, equiped with every appliance you might need. Bedrooms are quite spacious with balcony. The location was great, parking was right under the balcony. Communication with the host was great. Nice experience overall.

Very nice staff. We were called when we were late compared to the schedule. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. 10 min walk from downtown. Very nice neighborhood, very quiet. Free parking lot is available. Very modern, new beautiful building, extra cleanness.

It is a beautiful location with a lovely hotel. The road towards the hotel was already putting us in a relaxed mode. So much green! The hotel looks beautiful. The receptionist was very welcoming and nice, explained us where everything was and that we could still eat at a restaurant 150 meters down the road if we'd hurry (we arrived at 20.15, the restaurant kitchen closed at 20.30). The rooms were spacious, looked renewed, and we had a view on the garden. The beds were nice, the shower was great. Breakfast was also lovely, many choices. You could also eat breakfast outside if you wanted to. We stayed for just one night since we were travelling home from Croatia and were looking for a hotel halfway, near Passau. I'm sure we'll come again!
