The environment, the breakfast choices, the view, What amazes me was the room, it is the classic design and you can have a beautiful sunset look if you booked a balcony room. Looking at the Nile river, so good. The hall of the breakfast is bright and new, the breakfast is amazing, you got numerous choices. The staff are friendly. So far, it is the best hotel I had in Egypt. How I wish I could have spent one more day in this hotel.

We received a free update to a Nile View room, which was had indeed a very beautiful view. The room was spacious and clean. As I was not feeling well on our departure day I was able to book the medical service the hotel provides (a doctor comes directly to your room), which was very helpful. Also the hotel was so kind to leave us stay in the room longer than the usual check-out time for free, so that I was able to rest until our flight. Due to my condition we also used the room service, that provides different dishes for decent prices. We also tried the Libanese restaurant on site, which had very nice food! We can highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely come back!

First of all, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The owner was extremely accommodating. He helped organizing our tours and made sure everything was okay. He even drove us personally (and free of charge) to the river bank so we could enjoy dinner there. The place was beautiful and peaceful. Nice rooms with AC working perfectly. We enjoyed a sunset in their small jaccuzzi, which was lovely. Lastly, the food was delicious.

Oman was so welcoming when we arrived and made us feel at home immediately. As soon as we arrived in the afternoon after a long day at the beautiful temples he had a lovely traditional lunch on the table which we gratefully appreciated. Later he brought us on a short boat trip to Banana Island at sunset. My husband was feeling unwell when we arrived so didn’t eat anything so he n the evening he ordered us Pizza delivered. Before we even arrived Oman had organised our transfer to Hurghada and a hot air Balloon ride which was difficult for him as it was peak season but he managed to get us first flight. Unfortunately due to weather conditions all the balloon flight were cancelled and he was genuinely disappointed for us. I cannot recommend Omans hospitality enough.

The area is very quiet, and the staff are extremely respectful and kind. The apartment was very clean, and all the furniture was new and well-maintained. I was supposed to leave the city at 11 p.m., and the checkout time was 11 a.m., but they kindly allowed me to stay as long as I wanted for free. The breakfast on the rooftop was simply incredible — both the food and the view were amazing.
