The best thing in the hotel is the people who work in the hotel. Thanks to them we feel like we are at our home. Everything was amazing. We even canceled our diving program just to stay more in this hotel. But we have to especially thank Omar El Said and shukry in the reception. They are great people and we make long our staying because of their kindaness and helpful behaviors. From the first time until we leave, they felt us very comfortable and thanks to, them we spent great time. We also need to thank kamal who is in charge of aqua park. Our son enjoyed a lot in this fest Aqua park and he wants to come again this hotel. We exactly come in January again from Turkey here for just this hotel and these great people. From now on, this hotel will be only choice for us. We stayed many luxury hotels (maybe more luxuries than here) all over the world but we never enjoy like here because of these people’s kindsness and helpful behaviors. Thanks for everything!
