Best experience of service I had in Georgia. Staff was very friendly and careful. Breakfast and lunch were good. Cleaning of room was provided every day.

A wonderfully situated hotel, just metres from the centre of Kutaisi that was modern and had a superb staff. Nino, the front desk manager, was proficient, friendly and went far beyond the call of duty in helping me make the best of my stay. Others at the front desk that were helpful, kind and supportive were Ana, Alexandre and Sandro. Lana, a manager of the hotel, acted both quickly and effectively when my tv stopped working. Breakfast was superb, filled with fresh choices and accompanied by excellent staff. Luka was most appreciated. At lunch and dinner, David did a wonderful job in serving me by being attentive, friendly and well informed.. On other days, Zura, provided me with excellent service. Overall, my stay was a most positive experience so wonderfully enhanced by their magnificent staff.

Everything was excellent! Great location, nice host, clean rooms and nice bathroom. Clear instructions for self check-in. Also we loved the option of an underground parking.

Daisy was a wonderful host and we loved staying at her guesthouse. She was very helpful and even washed and dried a load of laundry for us. It had a nice courtyard that we could safely keep our bikes in. We will have to come back again and try her Georgian breakfast as it looked delicious! Thanks Daisy 🌼💛
