The property is beautiful, the nicest place we stayed in Istria so far. I have travelled a lot and rented plenty of nice homes, but this house has left me speechless, not to mention how Andrea and Matija were amazing hosts. Breakfast is prepared with so much love, using homemade fresh ingredients, truly spectacular. Every morning it feels like another kind of magic. There is also no fixed time for breakfast, when you wake up, you just show up and Roberta makes it at the moment for you! The entire interior of the residence is beautifully decorated, with incredible attention to detail. Every piece is thoughtfully chosen and simply amazing. There is also a small shop inside the residence where you can buy the best local homemade olive oil, lavender products and unique handmade clothing. Heated pool (29 degrees) - perfect to chill and swim, also in the evenings! But what truly makes this place special is the hospitality of Roberta, Miska and Daniela. You will feel here completely at home. We are already looking forward to come back!!

A wonderful, well-equipped, modern, and purpose-built residence with many benefits not found in other accommodation options. Beautifully appointed en-suite rooms, a comfortable barbecue area and fireside table, a refreshing swimming pool, and a huge living room are all compelling reasons to visit this mansion. At last, I have to mention our guest Frank, who was kind, supportive, and ready to help on any occasion. Frankly, I have never had a better host. I would be delighted if I could come here again sometime.
