There was no problem with very late check-in, everything was ready for us. Both the room and the bathroom were very clean and warm. I will gladly return next time I'm in Budapest.

I was travelling alone with my 3 kids, so I loved the airport shuttle service as we had a short overnight stay before our flight the next day. We paid a bit extra, but it was more than worth it for the shuttle service and the excellent breakfast. Our flight was delayed and we arrived around 2am at the hotel. The reception were kind and welcoming, and I booked our shuttle for the airport for the next afternoon. 4 of us shared a good-sized room, which was lovely and quiet. We could see that the hotel had a great sized pool, which we would definitely utilise had we had a longer layover. The next morning, the kids ate until they were fit to burst. It was a small but plentiful breakfast made to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. When I asked what time we needed to check out, the receptionist told me there was no rush and whatever time suited!

The fact that the hotel was next to the airport made me feel a lot less anxious about traveling. The room was a lot more spacious than I thought it would be, the bed was huge and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in a hotel

I needed a room for one night due to a sudden travel plan change around midnight. Staff was super helpful and flexible. Check-in was quick and problem free, the minibar was well loaded and the room was cosy with a comfortable bed. Great breakfast and the transfer to the BUD Airport was on time and fast.

Modern & clean hotel, with convenient location and extremely hospitable staff. Attila and Laszlo at reception provided an excellent service care (waking me up at 3am which is quite a challenge itself), managing my delayed airport shuttle and arranging a taxi instead. Matyas at the bar explained about Palinka and Hungarian cuisine. Very much grateful to a fantastic team for their dedication!
