Wowza!! everything from pool, Kubu beach, breakfast at Damar, properties. Blew our minds coming from a 3rd world country. We really enjoyed our stay at Ayana, we enjoyed the Rock Bar. We couldn't cover the 13x pools and 26 restaurants in the property (haha). But it was worth it. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The staff are fantastic. All are very beautiful people. Thanks to Rocky, Yosa and Eka and many other staff too who I didn't get their names. They really went extra miles to provide us what we needed and even came up to our room with a lovely cake and sang birthday song for my wife. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was big very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Staff in the restaurant were also very courteous and professional. Definitely be staying there again if we visit Bali again. Great locality, on the main road, but close to everyhting in Ungasan. Stuff was super friendly. My wifi connection was poor but when I checked with them they sent someone over who fixed it. Always clean, AC working, wifi working, locker in the room. I was very happy with my stay here:)

Loved everything about the hotel. Great facilities, lovely pools for adults as well as children. The hotel did everything to accommodate our needs and with three children this is exactly what we needed. The beach is very near, less than 5 mins walk through a lovely green path (pictures attached). The staff are the best. Very modern, super clean and new hotel. Rooms are very new and large.
