The hotel was new and very beautiful. The staff were helpful and friendly, they did everything they could to make the guests comfortable. The room was of good quality and very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were beautifully arranged and the food was very delicious. The entire staff were brilliant and lovely.

The beach is awesome, a patch of paradise. Kudos to Cassia as they also run a turtle rescue program and have a nursery on the premises. Excellent initiative!. The beach has still a reef nearby, with many fishes minding their own business down there. Beautiful!

We had a wonderful stay at Natra Bintan! The food and room were both excellent, but what truly made our experience stand out was the exceptional service.
