**Exceptional Stay at Ramada Katra** We recently stayed at Ramada Katra for a family leisure trip, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel at home. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all modern amenities, ensuring maximum comfort for our stay. The serene ambiance of the hotel, coupled with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, added a special touch to our trip. The hotel’s proximity to key attractions made our visit even more convenient. The shuttle service to the Vaishno Devi base was seamless and well-organized, which we greatly appreciated. Everything about Fortune Park Hotel is superb ..from welcoming staff at reception to exceptional prompt room services. Rooms are pretty good in size and neat.Well maintained hotel with courteous and polite staff.Food is amazing ,tried lunch and breakfast spread was very good.Thali for meal is a must try! Our stay at Vivanta Katra has been VERY SPECIAL for many reasons. The surroundings are tranquil and serene. The hotel has a unique ambiance which allows you to soak up the experience of being so close to the sacred Bhavan. Although we travelled alone as a family of four from UK, each staff member went the extra mile to make us feel relaxed, informed, nourished and supported in a very professional manner. Our taxi driver Tarsem helped us with the logistics; Vaishali In reception coordinated everything and ensured that our needs were met, for example interconnecting rooms; Sandeep and the amazing Chef provided a sophisticated & tasty dining experience; we had rejuvenating massage after the yatra from the spa. Our teenage boys enjoyed the pool and games room. We spent quality family time together and made lots of memories.
