Location location location! It's about 10min drive from the nearest Hofn town, located on the farm. You have the view over the fields with grazing horses and we counted 4 glaciers. Very peaceful and idyllic. Can get windy though. Check-in and check-out was easy as the owners live on the property. Cabin is small but has everything one needs. Even the grill.

Set just 1 km from Hornafjördur Airport. Free WiFi access. The Route 1 Ring Road is right next to the guest house. A seating area and work desk feature in all guest rooms at Seljavellir Guesthouse.

We saw the northern lights here! Thanks to our host for recommending the best aurora viewing spots - their tips helped us enjoy an even more spectacular show that night. We particularly loved the shared dining area！Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

Very comfortable and clean, great location near gas station and convenience store. It was ideal for a group of 5 people with plenty space and was possible to see the northern lights from there

Very clean and spacious apartment. Lovely surroundings. Felt very private and secluded despite the town being just 5 mins away. Everything worked out great. Would highly recommend especially if you're traveling with kids!
