Absolutely superb hotel. We had a room on the top floor with superb views over Lake Myvatn. Excellent restaurant. Friendly efficient staff. I could not fault this hotel, the best hotel I have stayed in in Iceland.

The staff is very helpful since we came later than 8:00 pm but we got all information/help we need. The room is clean and quiet. The location is good that is close to the lake Myvatn and also the camp-site where my friend stayed. Good value.

The apartment is very nice, cozy and super cute!! They have a washing machine and a dryer machine (super practical with the cold winter awaiting). The owner is super nice and funny, she helped us with all we needed and called when we left something after we left! The position is not that far away from Husavik and Akureyri : everything is by mountains and you can see the northern lights from the bedroom’s windows! The two bedrooms are huge and the kitchen super furnished!
