In the woods so green and peaceful! Shuttle free private driver to take you to the train station then take a 3.50 euro ticket and ride 35min to arrive in the heart of Florence. To me that was perfect I got to stay a paradise but daily visited Florence. We used the laundry and washed all of our clothes and dryer. The best PIZZA I had in my Life was served in the restaurant. Daily we had breakfast fruits or omelette is served Many ice creams and sweets. Will ho back!

The location is perfect for a tour of tuscany, all the smaller cities are close for a short trip, Allesandro was perfect and always there if we needed something, great staff all around, clean cozy rooms. For our next trip to tuscany and Firenze we'll choose Ivivai sure again. Grazie a tutti 👍

Eleanora and Roberto were the most exceptional and hospitable hosts we have ever experienced in our travels. The Villa is bellisimo. The food, view, people and overall experience was life changing. The location is beautiful, but it is a bit tricky to get to the place since it is up the hill, but it is in Tuscany so you cannot be surprised. The food is excellent and the host is super friendly and nice.

Amazing view, air is super , sunrises and sunsets are sooo beautiful there, so delicious breakfasts, so close to much locations we have planned to vizit.
