The highlight for us was that the hotel is located on the beach side of the road, with a private beach just 25m from the front door. On top of that the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a great way to start the day.

This place is a dream! The breakfast was something we looked forward to every day, especially because Isaac was the most attentive server. He is very professional, he remembered what we liked from the first day! The walk down to the beach and up was beautiful and not too much if you are in good shape. The facility was neat, clean and well kept with comfortable beds. The cleaning ladies took care of our room every morning after we left. We used the hot tub every evening and it was perfect with a beautiful view of the sea. There was gated parking and easy to access. We would definitely stay there again!!!

Our room was upgraded to full view and we had 2 king size beds. Loved the view and the room. The front desk was so helpful for travel and fun suggestions. They were extremely helpful and friendly and patient with us since we didn't speak Italian.

I arrived at the Palazzo during a difficult time, I separated from my travel partner and was alone, Dominic and Stephanie did everything to make me feel good, helped me, took care of me and took me out to have fun, I don't have enough words to thank them, they are some of the best people I have ever met in my life at a time when I needed it. To everyone reading, come there, beyond the wonderful apartment and the great location, Stephanie and Dominic are the real stars of the place, I thank them again for everything they did for me, I wish one day I could repay them.
