The room was amazing couldn’t fault, large and comfy. The breakfast in the moring was also really good, we had an amazing cappuccino from the coffee machine. The location was convenient, being super close to the train/bus station to take you into San Gimignano.

It is a new property with vineyards and olive trees around and conveniently located from major attractions, 10 mintes to San Gimignano, about an hour from Siena, and Pienza The rooms are neat and clean with a good view . We stayed in the Ignite Apartment on the first floor (stairs only). It was a spacious one-bedroom apartment with views of the countryside and San Gimignano. It is a very old building with thick walls, keeping it cool although there is an airconditioning unit in the hallway between the living area and bedroom. The kitchen area was small with a fridge, small dishwasher and kettle. Instruction cards for the dishwasher and microwave were helpful. The elements for cooking were slow to heat up but did the job eventually. There was a table and chairs and a sofa. The bed was a kingsize and comfortable. Outside there were sunloungers and tables and chairs under the trees or in the sun. The pool was lovely. We did some washing using the machine in the reception building. It was E5 a load and there were plenty of drying racks at the side of the building to hang it on. We also did a wine tasting and bought some wine from the vineyard. You could walk up to San Gimignano if you don't mind a bit of a walk. We enjoyed our few days there as it was very relaxing.
