We loved the area, beautiful scenery and fresh mountain air. The room was cozy, comfortable and clean, bathroom was also spotless with hot water and good water pressure in the shower. It was a cold night, so heating was turned up in the rooms, which was very welcome. The owner is very friendly and we loved her infectious laughter, you can hear it all around the property and it makes you feel at home! Excellent restaurant, great food, friendly service. I highly recommend this place when passing by or visiting this beautiful area.

It is locating in a quite place with a spectacular view to the mountains and the valley. We had a large, well equipped appartement in the 2nd floor. Inside the flat it was a 2nd floor as well where the bedrooms are. It is a good place to start discovering the surrondings. We really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend it.

We appreciated the closed garage for the motorcycle. Breakfast was great. We also had a dinner. It was exceptional. Very good chef and very logical prices. Arta Terme is located near Austria and Slovenia.

When you are in Gemona go there! The owners are extremely kind and helpful and the rooms are just recently renovated. All the electronics were high end and the bathroom was super clean and pretty. The breakfast is very nice and the B&B owners offer Apple Juice and Apple Marmelade from their own plantation.

We decided last minute to have a short weekend stay in the mountains close to Monte Zoncolan and this accommodation option was the best option we could have ever chosen. We booked it the night before arriving to Sutrio and the staff was extremely kind and helpful, offered us discounts for the supermarket and some other services town. The appartment was inside a traditional stone house, very atmospheric and beautifully decorated with wood carvings. It had everything we needed for the stay, including the kitchen and a nice little welcome gift. We will definitely stay at Albergo Diffuso next time we'll book a trip to this area!
