The Sago Palm hotel exceeded my expectations in everyway. Located in the heart of every thing. Getting out and around was easy. I traveled alone and I felt safe when I went out. Lots of shops and restaurants around to sample the local delicacies and feel the true spirit of Jamaica. The staff at the hotel were all phenomenal! Great food that came piping hot! Clean and well maintained rooms and surroundings. I can't fault anything about this hotel. I am very happy that I chose to stay there and will return and proudly give my recommendations.

The unit was clean spacious on the 2nd floor, quiet in the complex but right in the heart of Ocho Rios for entertainment shopping restaurants and sight seeing and excursions. The unit as a full kitchen to use, it was nice to have hot water for showers. Bed was big nice and comfy, could do with better pillows though. Cable tv and wifi was excellent and strong, you get a free beach pass to go to the beach which is like 5 min from the property attach near the back to access during your stay. Felt safe with the on site security and life guard at the pool. Grounds are clean and well kept. All in all the unit is perfect for a couple, seating for 2 and a sofa is also there for comfort. Only thing to add would be to include a broom and dust pan and extra toilet paper and leave garbage bags and extra linens and towels for the stay. Nice stay would recommend.

Jack was the perfect host! Would definitely recommend 10/10. It felt as if we were home. We attended a function in silver sands and this location was perfect for our one night stay. Would be back for another short stay.

I like that the property was for the equipped. The kitchen had everything microwave, fridge , kettle, stove. The size of the room was spacious, the AC was working the TV was working the fan was working. The space of the living room was also spacious enough for my family. They had a large number of towels as well.
