The hotel is situated on the sea, with an uninterrupted view, a great experience.From check-in, to the onsen, and Japanese breakfast and dinner, plus afternoon tea, we truly experienced traditional Japanese service and enjoyed it very much. From the pick up at the train station to the final drop off at the train station, the two nights and three days were the highlight of our two week trip to Japan. In particular, the lady who brought the food and beverage service to the room was very touching in her seriousness and professionalism.The receptionist is also warm and friendly, very patient and explain one by one.

Staff were amazingly hospitable, the private onsen attached to our room was beautiful with an amazing ocean view. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who wishes to see what a quiet Japanese town is like bby the seaside while still getting an amazing luxury experience.

One of the best breakfast I have ever eaten. The variety of food served was wide; bacon, sausage, sashimi, tofu, fried fish, etc. Same to note for the dinner. Dinner was absolutely delicious and the staff was very helpful. The in-house onsen was quite small but we can use the next door onsen which has a spectular view of the ocean. Highly recommend.

Location to the beach was amazing, room sizes were great, super clean, friendly, helpful staff. We had a car so ate out for lunch and dinner but breakfast buffet was great. Great selection of Japanese and western breakfast food. Loved it and wished we could have stayed longer!!

Loved the location and the view from the room , the glass window made the room more beautiful and the ocean view was awesome. The restaurant was good and the food that we took for dinner was very delicious!, the staff took a lot of care .

We loved everything. One of the best hotels we've stayed in Japan so far. Reasonable price & excellent service. Loved that all the rooms have hot spring water flowing. On the territory of the hotel they have a lot of activities: free drink bar in the lounge, mini-live concert in the evening, hand and foot hot spring baths, children play room with games, massage, many types on hot spring baths, souvenir shop and even hand-made classes. We didn't have enough time to explore everything. The food is outstanding and they have a lot of options for vegans/ vegetarians, and all the meals that contain allergens are marked. Also, we appreciate the shuttle bus to the hotel, they came to pick up only 2 of us, although we have arrived late. The room was very quiet, spacious and we had a good sleep, didn't want to leave. Will make sure to come again. You can feel that staff in this hotel truly love their job and care about customers.
