It was an incredible stay. The personnel was very helpful and polite. We didn't know we had korean beds (sleeping on the floor) and when we asked to change our room to full-sized beds, they accepted without any trouble and no additional fee was required! The beds were so comfortable, so much so that we wanted to stay in our room all day. I highly recommend staying at the Hotel Leo if you decide to visit Jeju Island. It's close to the airport and very accessible to the rest of the island by taxi. The reception will gladly call a taxi for you and a free shuttle from the airport is also available. Thank you Hotel Leo!!!!

The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and cozy in a way that made us want to stay in and just enjoy each other’s company. But the best part? The swimming pool. We loved our stay here. Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay, but the hotel gave us a voucher which we used on room service. The food was lovely and portion sizes were huge! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Parking was good. The room itself was larger than we expected and had everything we needed - there was a balcony that surrounded the whole apartment with views of the city and nearby horses - which would have been lovely to sit out on if it was warmer. Wifi was good. Location was good - we were close to the mountain road and Jeju City. Took about half an hour to drive back to the airport on our last day.

This was the greatest. The staff has been so nice and gave me an upgrade for my room. I could see the ocean from the window of my room. The facility is awesome. You get your own little apartment with a kitchen and washing machine to do your laundry. So, even for backpacker a great choice.

Great parking spaces and the Sakura trees on the road in front of the hotel were so pretty. Bonus point. The staff said there’s no amenities and that there’s a convenient store on g floor. We hurriedly bought shampoos etc only to find out that they did have shampoos etc. Just not tooth brush.
