An outstanding property with a/c which was really welcome. Our room was vast with the ability to cook if we wanted! If you had a problem it was dealt with immediately. So refreshing. We didn’t want to leave. The sunrises and sunsets were a joy to behold from our balcony. It was a beautiful and very peaceful place to be and we were high up above the trees. Suranga always had his tuk tuk available when we needed to go anywhere. Everything was done with a smile. We wish you and your delightful family well Suranga. Thank you for making us SO welcome. Can’t wait to visit again! Suranga is in the process of building a restaurant at his property which will make this accommodation even more perfect.

Chef Arune made very tasty dishes both in the morning and in the evening. Namindu kept the house tidy and everything was always very clean and beautiful. The owner has a transport company which we used to visit different places. It was safe and comfortable to be in the house. We were often visited by monkeys, peacocks and squirrels. The pool had different depths, so it is suitable for both children and adults. The house has a generator, which had to be started a few times.

I love this place and people who work here with all my heart. Its my second time staying at Romaya and I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Sri Lanka. Its very close to all the fancy places (Ahangama, Weligama) but at the same time its very secure from all the tourists and etc. this villa is located in a quit beautiful place in habaraduwa, very close to the ocean. you basically live in the jungles. beautiful monkeys come every morning to feed on mangoes (yes they have a mango tree). nice swimming pool to cool down after a day at the beach. a lot of small beautiful animals and birds. Suranga, Ruwan -- you became my true family. I love you guys and I will see you next year.

I'm sure this is one of the best hotels in Unawatuna. Service at the highest level. The staff is very friendly and truly customer oriented. At the reception we were greeted with refreshing cocktails. We checked into the room ahead of time, not at 14.00, but at 11.00. Since this is our first time in this country, we turned to the staff for help in various situations and with quite specific requests. I can say with confidence that the staff in the complex will make the best impression on you - with their attitude, tact, attention to guests, the cleanliness of the hotel in general and the room in particular, and the cleaning of the area. Linen was changed every two days, and we regularly refused to do cleaning. We booked for two weeks and initially did not plan to rent a scooter or car. We traveled by tuk-tuk. Once you get used to the prices, local trips average less than $8 per day. Supermarkets and local food are within walking distance. The main tourist area is about 7 minutes on foot. The pool is excellent, the water is wonderful, no chemicals, it is cleaned regularly. We swam periodically in the morning or late in the evening. There are no mosquitoes at all. Several times we saw a couple of peacocks, a monitor lizard, a bunch of chipmunks, a couple of species of monkeys, flying foxes and strange birds on the territory. At the time of our stay, most of the rooms were empty, so we had full harmony, silence and comfort. In the room: tea station, towels, shower set, water, hairdryer, safe - everything is there. Wifi is excellent, it didn’t let me down. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor, the food is quick and tasty, they always adjust the spiciness of the dishes. I liked the hotel very much, I recommend it.
