We were booked into another hotel in Mohammedia but after reading many of the reviews about this hotel and having a pool made is change our booking to this hotel. We have to say that the staff at this hotel have ALL together got to be the best, friendliest, professional, caring and welcoming we have ever come across anywhere. This is not just in our many months over many years travelling around Morocco where we have found some lovely hospitable individuals BUT this particular hotel has in our view the very best of the best anywhere in the world!!! From Amina, Chaimma, Mohammed, Amina (Aabla), Hagid (sorry if some of your names have been spelt incorrectly) and last but not least the security man looking after the cars etc. EVERYONE was so nice, smiling, attentive and really welcoming. Breakfast was lovely, room was prefect as was the pool. Everywhere was exceptionally clean and well kept. We will definitely be back again and next time for a longer stay. Once again many thanks to everyone involved in L’escale Suites Residence Hoteliere By 7AV HOTELS for making our stay so memorable.

This is the 2nd visit although only for one night. The receptionist made me feel so welcome and asked about my wife. My previous stay was for 17 nights and can highly recommend as the Reception staff always will go out of their way to assist you. Unfortunately have misplaced the lady who assisted my wife (Riana) on my last visit, and would highly recommend her for the services she gave.
