The design of the hotel was spectacular, very modern and very clean with lovely scent. The location was wonderful, the staff were very professional and friendly, very impressive. The place was wonderful, we had the best view and an upgrade. The staff was very nice and attentive, special mention to Djay for taking care of our luggage and also making a full visit of the place, Pamela who was really considerate during our breakfast, and finally Siwi for giving the best massages. Michelle, at the spa, also made our stay even better. The restaurants were fresh and delicious. We thank the entirety of the staff and we will definitely come back

It was our first all inclusive experience for our family so we are a bit biased as we discovered the joy of no need to care about anything except existential questions like what restaurant to go to or which activities to do for the day. We were particularly impressed by the caring and friendliness of the staff. They do everything to make you feel comfortable and enjoying your stay. And very flexible too. Big kudos to the bbq restaurant staff (Mike and team) for the exceptional service as well as the chef and staff of the Thai restaurant. All in all an exceptional experience. We will certainly come back.
