The warm atmosphere and the kindness of the staff and locals on the island of Mahibadhoo. It's a guest house on a local island, so it's not a luxury 5* resort. But you get the local vibes and for the price, it's 200% worth it. The location of the hotel, on the beach, is like nowhere else. There are plenty of exotic fish right in front of the hotel. You will have the calm and serenity that you will not find on any other island. Mahibadhoo is the perfect base to stay in the Maldives, so you can also visit the islands around, such as Dhigurah or Omadhoo. The diving experience was a major highlight for me. The instructor is very experienced and professional.

This hotel is fantastic. The space feels homey and luxurious. It’s a very relaxing space with beautiful views, lots of natural light, great air conditioning. It was very clean and daily room service was some of the best I’ve ever experienced. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were fantastic, so helpful. We loved snorkelling at the public beach right out the front of the hotel (covered dress) and the sunsets were beautiful from the bikini beach. The island is lovely , lots of places to eat, local shops and nice greenery to walk through. The snorkelling was incredible. We did a manta ray tour it was very private and special. Book this hotel!! I stayed at 3 other hotels in the Maldives and this was the best one at the best value. You won’t regret it !

The clean swimming pool and inviting garden sofas were perfect for relaxation and work. The spacious room, along with the unexpected upgrade to the Jacuzzi Suite, added a touch of luxury to my experience. The best touristic experience of our life. The seaplane transfer was well organized, only 25 minutes to the island from MLE. We stayed 7 days in a beach villa, close to the peer. It was comfy, spacious and always very clean thanks to Esa from the maintenance compartment. The staff was very helpful, the kitchen was variable and really delicious. I have to say thanks to Ali and Sonjeet, they were extreme friendly and kind. Such as at the restaurant we had Heidi, Muneeb and Visham and the whole stuff; so wonderful people who are there for every moment to make our holiday even better then best! Nova is brand new, with an exceptional house reef and great sealife. Dive spots are really good, wreck dive can be done. Thanks to Tanya who was a great dive instructor for my AOWD course, and she was very patient and kind to my 8y old doughter at the boublemaker program. Do not miss the whaleshark watching! It was a breathtaking moment to see such a big fish so close to you. It was our 4th time in Maldives, but this experience is a different level then the others. Its really touched our soul! We (and chocolate the giraffe) gonna come back for sure! Thanks Nova!

It‘s a super central location and everything you need or want is nearby. The rooms are very clean and beds comfy, we liked the family room with the separate smaller room with the extra bed as it gives more space to move and separates a bit but not too much - that was perfect. :) The garden and seating area in front was nice to relax but we also enjoyed the breakfast room and the lobby. The staff cared well for us and we got everything we needed, pick up from and drop off for the local ferries worked super, we loved the fresh Maldivian and Continental breakfast options as buffet. The value we got for the accommodation cost was fantastic! Thank you! :)
