Very kind owner, very responsive based on the requests and flexible. The room is very big with all what you need there and is set in a very nice and quiet location and very safe. Is ideal for relaxing after a long day after sightseeing. Thank you for a nice stay.

This small resort with absolutely perfect! Views were stunning and the little bungalows were modern and clean. They had a great little heater that kept us warm and a lovely hot shower! The staff were wonderful and so kind and helpful. The breakfast was yummy and they made delicious Pakistani chai tea! They DID have strong WiFi too which was great for keeping us online. We hope to visit again one day!

I have stayed at Dewan Khas Hotel twice. And came back again in December. It is in a very quiet place within the city. I have stayed in this hotel many times, especially in winters they have a great heating system, as most hotels in Skardu have no heating facility. I highly recommend ayub khan staf and his local Balti food and Balti prapro baly.
