Clean modern apartment with all the facilities I needed. Bed was comfortable, pleasant shower, and a nice large balcony which was useful given the hot weather.

Owners incredibly helpful and responsive dealing with queries (despite my speaking no Polish whatsoever). Cannot recommend this place too highly. Oh and Kielce is a lovely town!

This place is great, cosy, with a nice garden in the back, calm and clean. I really enjoy going there and the calm of Sobkow. One night the owner cooked local sweets for our group which was great. Great host, great experience at a very good price.

Preliminary remark: I had booked the flat / apartment (4th floor). Due to some other reviews, I arrived from Krakow without great expectations (I stayed for one night). The price for the flat was very reasonable. The hotel is very well located for those arriving by car and it has its own underground car park. It is only a few minutes walk to the parks, the pedestrian zone (shopping), restaurants, the old town etc. There is also a small supermarket and an Italian restaurant in the immediate vicinity. The flat itself exceeded my expectations by far. It is really very big, it has a very nice and friendly furnished living room with a big sofa bed, 2 armchairs, a table, a big TV. It has a 1970s charm (light colours, friendly atmosphere) without looking old. So there is the warm friendliness of the 1970s in a modern interpretation. there is a small "kitchen" (fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, coffee and tea, dishes, water basin, etc. etc.). There are also two bathrooms (a very large one with 2 sinks, toilet, bidet, shower) and a small one with sink and toilet). Then, of course, there is a bedroom for 2 people with a desk and chair and two bed tables. From the living room and the bedroom you have a good view through large windows (sunset view). The bedroom is in the corner of the building, so you have windows on 2 sides of the building. The hotel staff was very friendly. I felt very comfortable in general.
