This hotel was amazing! Staff were so helpful & polite. Breakfast is great. Cooked breakfast could be kept at a higher temperature, but I can understand the difficulty when catering for a large number of guests. Boardwalk is on your doorstep, and it's literally less than a 10-minute walk to the centre of Alvor.

The hotel is very clean and neat and staff is great. The staff at the reception was very professional and helpful with our room change. The staff at the restaurant was also very helpful every time we had a question or a request. Bartenders were also really nice and kind. Animators did a great job with all the programmes and activities, they were very kind, nice, and active. It was good to see how many families stay at the hotel with their children and having a great time thanks to the great staff. Thank you very much for the professional and kind staff that made our stay even more relaxing and cheerful. The hotel and all the facilities are great, we really enjoyed our stay! Fantastic view to the ocean, great room, amazing swimming pools, restaurant and bars and the ocean is just a few minutes away. Thank you very much for everything! We hope to go back another time soon!

Lovely welcome from lady who was there for 5 out of the 7 days (Lordes?). We loved the peaceful location right next to the beach and the boardwalk. Because there are no main roads nearby it is so quiet with just birdsong, at least out of season! We had a one bedroom apartment with a large terrace, it was very comfortable and suited our needs very well. We also appreciated using the restaurant, pool and sauna in the hotel next door. Great walk along the boardwalk into Alvor and onwards to the nature reserve.
