Excellent service at the Pool Club. The Pool Club Manager, Cennet, Andac, and Alp made a lasting impression with their great communication skills, friendliness, and dedication to service. The atmosphere was always wonderful every time we arrived at the restaurant, and all our wishes were fulfilled with a smile and true customer service spirit. Breakfast service was first-class thanks to the entire staff, but we got to know Cennet and Ahmet especially well due to their outstanding service. Our time at Susona was unforgettable, and we will definitely return – especially because of the amazing staff. Thank you much, 10/5.

The hotel was very beautiful, confortable and very clean. It was 3 min away from the beach and in a very animated street with alot of markets, coffees and restaurants. The breakfast was amazing (consistent and delicious). The owners (Jen and her husband) were very kind and helpful. They helped us alot during our stay. We felt like we were at home with Jen taking care of us like we were her children. She even prepared a cake for us to celebrate our freind birthday! Thank you very much Jen for everything you did for us. We definitely would stay at merih butik again when we go back to bodrum!

From the kind and thorough housekeeping, to Ali the young gentleman who helped me with my luggage. The sea, pool, food and level of service was exceptional. Hokan, Yusuf and Sinem were there for every desire, food wise, and I have to say the hotel is very green and health conscious which was appreciated for those with a healthy lifestyle! To the professionalism of Sina and Tatiana, I truly couldn't recommend this place more, and thoroughly look forward to returning very soon for the next holiday season. This is a great hotel! We liked the friendly staff, especially Damla at the reception desk. The food is great, lots of choice on the breakfast buffet. Big pool, spacious rooms. Adults only. The view from the hilltop over Bodrum is amazing. We got an upgrade to a corner suite and also a late checkout (staying 2 extra hours) was no problem.
