Incredibly friendly and smiling staff. Always ready to help with our needs and questions. On arrival at the hotel there were welcome drinks. For more comfort of our family, one room was upgraded. They made a great surprise compliment for my birthday. There was free coffee, tea and cake for all guests throughout the day. The mineral water was refilled every day in the rooms. The exterior and interior of the hotel are magnificently decorated in a traditional style. Peace of mind and silence for good relaxion. A nice sunset view.

I had an exceptional stay at this unique and beautifully designed property. The architectural details are truly original, making it a standout experience. The host is very friendly and hospitality. She answered our questions through Booking before our arrival very quickly and was very helpful. The decoration she designed was so special that mentioned me about Casa Batllo in Barcelona. The breakfast was very good and the time to have breakfast was flexible. And the location is great.

We had booked a room but on arrival Klaseas upgraded us to a family suite - with room, bathroom and separate kitchen and seating area. Well equipped kitchen. Very friendly owners. Also nice to have the restaurant, which we used and did not have to go into town for dinner. This is a perfect location out of town - up a valley, so very quiet - we could not even hear any mosque prayer calls.
