We liked everything. Even though it took them a few minutes to locate our reservation for che- in due to mistake in the last name the staff member went out of his way to apologize and provided extra water bottles. Room was perfect and so was location and service.

Amazing hotel, in my opinion superior other hotels in this area of Chicago which I happen to have stayed in over the last 10+ years. Spacious, modern, well equipped, bright rooms, very friendly staff, especially Mr Pablo, director of rooms, very customer focused, has made our stay extremely pleasant. Wonderful! Beautiful hotel, clean well appointed room. Small neighborhood vibe, close to University of Chicago hospital. My Dad and I stayed while my mom was in ICU at the hospital. Chris, at the front desk, was AMAZING. He was kind, welcoming, compassionate and helped us with parking and reservations. Chris and the Sophy were a gem in a different time. Thank you!
