The view is great, friendly staff, clean, comfortable. We did not see any whales, not even on a whale tour so that might be a trick to lure tourists. But we saw seals and others in the harbor.

The ocean view from the hotel is nothing short of spectacular. I spent countless hours gazing out at the horizon, watching the waves roll in and feeling completely mesmerized by the beauty of nature. It's a view that truly enhances the overall experience of staying at the Ocean House. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch that made me feel right at home. In conclusion, I can't recommend the Ocean House hotel enough. It's a hidden gem that offers a unique combination of proximity to the ocean, delicious breakfasts, tranquility, and breathtaking ocean views. If you're looking for a perfect getaway, this is the place to be.

Even when I checked in the lovely lady on reception said “Mr Lawrence?” I know there were only 2 more People to check in but still fabulous. She knew the answers to all our questions.
