Very comfortable room with nice balcony and pool view. Robin and Nana at the reception were real angels, arranged free upgrade for us, because we booked by mistake a room that we not wanted. Ba Na hills excursion also perfect arranged for us by Robin and Nana. An Italian restaurant belongs to the hotel, super pizza.

staff are lovely, kind and extremely helpful. The breakfast is amazing. Rooms are big, clean and have everything you need. free bikes to get into the old town, or costs you about 1.50 in a taxi. Walk takes you about 15/20 minutes. out of the centre so really peaceful.

The breakfast was nice and had many options but I still would wish a coffee machine that is not a standard in Vietnam. The rooms are spacious and it was cleaned twice. The gym was nice for the hotel standards though extra machines would be nice to see

If you're looking for a place that's just 1km or so away from the main historic area, this is a good option to "get away". We enjoyed our daily walks or bike rides over the bridge to this area, which feels like you've left the tourist area and are back in a more typical Vietnamese village (one that is highly dependent on tourism, to be sure). Walk around the little neighborhoods here, too! Simply said, the hotel offers a whole lot of benefits at a comparatively high value. All the staff were highly responsive, hard-working, and welcoming---typical beautiful Vietnamese hospitality! The breakfast was excellent---lots of self-serve buffet options. Perhaps our best use of the hotel was the free bike rentals and free shuttle to a beach club (about a 15-20 min drive?). We ended up using their (basic) bikes for several good self-guided rides around the area (takes some getting used to for navigating the traffic but overall it was safe). The exercise felt good and we got to see quite a lot--helped so much to "get out there" and get some air and sweat flowing! As a memorable bonus, I got a haircut at a nearby barber for about $8 including tip. :)
