Everything was perfect! The staff were very attentive and friendly, and also offered good help and suggestions. I was also there during my birthday and they gave me a cake on the house, which was also really delicious. The room was very comfortable and spacious, and the view was really wonderful. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, featuring a high-quality mattress and a selection of pillows that ensured a restful sleep. The soundproofing of the rooms was excellent, guaranteeing peaceful nights. The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing a refreshing escape from the summer heat. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Their extensive knowledge of the area and thoughtful recommendations for local activities greatly enhanced our stay. This is without doubt the best hotel in Sapa! The staff was super helpful at all times, the breakfast amazing and the room was perfect, good beds with the best views in town. We were pleasantly surprised with how welcoming and cozy everything felt. They helped us with our taxis, our schedules and even gave us umbrellas when we needed them! Also, bonus point, the bathroom was big and super clean with everything we needed. Would definitely repeat.
