And here, these are exceptional! Staff always going beyond and above to make our stay a wonderful one. Always present in a discrete manner and attentive to the smallest details. We will definitely return! The only negative is that too many hotels in UAE are advertised as 5*, being far from the standard and this is just unfair to places like Ritz and to travelers.
