Boasting a garden and views of garden, Clockwise GuestRooms is a recently renovated guest house situated in Gjirokastër, 43 km from Zaravina lake. Clockwise is just the BEST location to explore Gjirokaster!! The walk to the town is only about 8minutes, through a tunnel under the castle....so cool!! The accomodation was so comfortable, perfect size and the host was SO kind and helpful. Parking wasn't an issue, we parked right outside. Breakfast was beautiful and the view from the terrace was absolutely STUNNING during the day and at night 🥰 Would highly recommend this property for a stay in Gjirokaster!!

Kerculla Resort is located at the top of Gjirokastra, 16 km from Antigona, 52 km from Saranda, 65 km from Butrinti and 36 km from Syri i Kaltër ( Blue Eye ) ! There is a restaurant available for all meals with a good choice of meals. The breakfast was an amazing feast on the first day, so much that on my 2nd morning I asked them to reduce the offering. REAL Fresh squeezed orange juice was delicious. It was also the first hotel who made an excellent iced coffee for me :). Parking is in front of the hotel. Driving up to the hotel was signposted, and slightly different than what google maps was instructing, some of the roads are VERY narrow and steep, so I did have to reverse twice to allow other cars to get through, not an issue, just a mention if you are a nervous driver. The view of the town, the castle, the valley and mountains is amazing. I would love to come during the summer months when the pools are in use :)

Sweet Dreams Apartment is a recently renovated apartment in Përmet, where guests can make the most of its garden and terrace. The property is completely immersed in the middle of the premises with a magnificent view of the mountains when you leave the house. A river crosses Permet not far from the property which makes the view even more beautiful. We only had to walk 5 minutes to get to the center. So there is not much noise near the house. The hosts are very welcoming and the breakfast is local so nice to discover and eat.
