We choose to spend the first days of the New Year here due to the excellent facilities it offers. Our first impression was very positive, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to enjoy. We decided to spend part of our day at the SPA, where one facility stood out in particular: the massages, which provided us with an unparalleled sense of relaxation.

The service was warm, welcoming, and truly exceptional. A huge thank you to the amazing team – Fiorentina, Klea, Kristi, and Savio – for making us feel at home from the very first moment. The hotel restaurant is excellent and the coffee at breakfast is just perfect. Strong air conditioning, great hot water pressure, and a super fast Wi-Fi connection – a big plus compared to other hotels in Albania (no names mentioned 😉). Can’t wait to come back!

It was our first time in Ksamil and they gave us detailed information about things to do and places to go every day and were very helpful. The rooms were spotless clean, and the hotel was within walking distance of almost everything. We were able to walk to many restaurants and famous beaches. If we come again, this is where we'll stay! I'm not exaggerating!!
